Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and enable automated workflows
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Eliciting and organizing the Business requirements
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation.
- Requirement analysis - Designs new functionalities by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications, etc.
- Requirements analysis and management.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing and conduct pre-UAT.
Required Skills
- In depth exposure to global mobility practices and processes is a must.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Methodical, Efficient and team player.
- Documentation and Specification Skills.
- Analysis Skills: Examples include use cases, business process models, and decision models.
- Visual Modelling: Such as work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes.
- Facilitation and Elicitation Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking Skills.
- Must be able to work on own Initiative and an outgoing personality.
- Well versed with Business Analysis Tools: MS, Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio.
