Job Description

• Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Recruitment process. 
• Ability to specialize in all critical sub processes leading to a successful outcome of the Recruitment activity. 
• Ability to probe and demonstrate a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations from a recruitment perspective by interacting effectively through a communication medium (Email/Telephone). 
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the screening activity by identifying, screening and routing applicants in accordance to client defined eligibility criteria. 
• To ensure discipline in updating candidates with feedback on their interviews in a timely manner. 
• Ability to efficiently manage the applicant flow for the job opening that has been created. 
• Responsible for keeping the applicants informed on the status of their Interview. 
• To ensure discipline and adherence to timelines when filling a job requirement.

Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
